In 2019, we launched local inclusion councils focused on driving a welcoming culture for our diverse agent population. Currently, we have councils in our company owned brokerages in New Jersey, Mid-Atlantic, Ohio, Atlanta and Florida.

In 2019, Coldwell Banker launched What Moves HerSM, a national women in real estate campaign, focused on helping women develop their professional goals and supporting leadership across the industry.
Realogy sponsors and funds 8 Employee Resource Groups. All have leaders, annual goals, and executive committee sponsors. The goals of these groups are to provide structure and support for employees.
