Inclusive Ownership
An industry-first and only program aimed at increasing the diverse demographics of our franchise affiliate owners. The program includes financial benefits of up to $100,000 and a robust mentoring program for new diverse franchise affiliates including women, minorities, LBGTQ and the military. Transgender Benefits
In 2018, we began providing full transgender health benefits to employees and their spouses.
Employee Education and Leadership Training
Realogy offers instructor-led unconscious bias training for managers as well as curated diversity and inclusion training courses through LinkedIn Learning for all managers and employees.

In 2019, we launched local inclusion councils focused on driving a welcoming culture for our diverse agent population. Currently, we have councils in our company owned brokerages in New Jersey, Mid-Atlantic, Ohio, Atlanta and Florida.
Chaired by CHRO and includes Employee Resource Group leaders as well as Executive Committee sponsors.
In 2019, Coldwell Banker launched What Moves HerSM, a national women in real estate campaign, focused on helping women develop their professional goals and supporting leadership across the industry.
Realogy sponsors and funds 8 Employee Resource Groups. All have leaders, annual goals, and executive committee sponsors. The goals of these groups are to provide structure and support for employees.
