Inclusive Ownership

An industry-first and only program aimed at increasing the diverse demographics of our franchise affiliate owners. Equality Act

Our company was the first residential real estate company to endorse the bipartisan proposed legislation to add clear, comprehensive non-discrimination protections for LGBTQ+ people to our nation’s civil rights laws.

Transgender Benefits
In 2018, we began providing full transgender health benefits to employees and their spouses.

Employee Education and Leadership Training Anywhere offers instructor-led unconscious bias training for managers as well as curated diversity and inclusion training courses through LinkedIn Learning for all managers and employees.

In 2019, we launched local inclusion councils focused on driving a welcoming culture for our diverse agent population. Currently, we have councils in our company owned brokerages in New Jersey, Mid-Atlantic, Ohio, Atlanta and Florida.
